Termini d'uso di Shard
Ultimo aggiornamento: 10 ottobre 2026
Chi siamo
Shard è gestito da [Nome e cognome, oppure ragione sociale], [indirizzo], [codice fiscale o partita IVA]. Contatto: [indirizzo email].
Installando o usando Shard accetti questi termini.
Cosa puoi fare

What Shard is
Shard is a free client for Minecraft: Java Edition 1.8.9, used with Lunar Client or Forge on the shard.rip servers. Outside shard.rip it stays off, except for the Shard badge and cloaks (see the privacy notice).
By installing or using Shard you accept these terms.
What you may do
- You may install Shard on your own computers and use it to play.
- You may not sell Shard, redistribute the setup or its files, decompile or modify them, or use them to get around checks or gain an unfair advantage.
- On the shard.rip servers, the server rules, which you find on our Discord, and the Minecraft EULA apply.
- If you break these terms we may block your access to Shard and to the shard.rip servers.
Device identification
By accepting these terms you let us receive Shard's deviceId and use it to identify your device, as the privacy notice explains.
Updates
Shard updates itself: when the game starts it checks for a new version, downloads it, verifies its signature and uses it from the next launch.
No warranty
Shard is provided as it is, with no warranty that it works or that it is compatible with other mods and launchers. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for damage caused by using it. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights the law does not allow us to exclude.
Trademarks
Shard is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. Lunar Client, Forge, Modrinth, CurseForge and TLauncher are trademarks of their respective owners. Shard is not affiliated with them.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms: the date at the top changes and, if the changes matter, we say so on our Discord. [Italian] law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights the law of your country gives you.
